We implement a high level of internal protection for the data entrusted to us, as well as monitoring all actions carried out on the data.

“WEDOBACK” is committed to its customers and partners in favor of the protection of personal data, in accordance with European Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
No data is passed on to third-party companies without the prior consent of the customer and the person(s) responsible for the data. This may include (but is not limited to) surname, first name, e-mail address, company name and postal address. These transmissions are necessary, for example, to enable the creation of access on behalf of the end customer.
For any project requiring access to or management of personal data, for example when handling databases, a project order is drawn up between “WEDOBACK” and the customer. This details the actions to be carried out, the data concerned and the data controllers, as well as the duration of the intervention.
“WEDOBACK” has implemented a high level of internal protection for the data entrusted to it, as well as a follow-up of any action carried out on this data. Each customer can access all the information (actions and data) concerning him or her on request.
For any intervention concerning data or access rights requested to certain data, “WEDOBACK” requests the agreement of the person responsible for the data concerned via the use of a dedicated form. No request that has not been validated by the data controller will be processed or accepted by “WEDOBACK”.
In accordance with FRANCE’s Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) from May 25, 2018:
– The personal data you provide will only be used in the context of the contractual relationship between you and ” WEDOBACK“. The data will not be used for purposes outside the scope of the requested service.
– Data that has not been used for three years is regularly deleted from our databases (at least once a year) or in accordance with the procedures explicitly described for the service concerned.
– All our customers have the right to access their personal data. They can also request rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition or portability by contacting our Data Protection Officer: [email protected]. Customers may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
